Probably my most enjoyable CAS activity was Rugby Training. Over the course of the duration of CAS, rugby has become an important aspect of my life. Despite having been sportingly active all my life, an opportunity to play rugby had never before previously surfaced. While it was a game, which interested me, I never saw myself playing it. However once I was given a chance to play I grabbed onto it and never looked back. Now rugby is a game I thoroughly enjoy.
