Gays rights
For many years, gays have been fighting for the right to be treated as equal citizens. As a result of their sexual preference they have been mistreated, discriminated against, and looked down upon. In my opinion, I believe that everyone should be treated equally regardless of their sexual preference. Everyone has the right to be happy and it shoudn’t be deprived of them because of their chosen lifestyle. Many people bring up the issue that it isn’t morally right and it is against all religions to live that lifestyle but it isn’t our job to judge these individuals. Some rights that have been denied or difficult for them to attain are the right to get a job under the same stipulations as others applying for the same job the right to have kids and the right to marry. In the workplace, most employers don’t condone or want gay individuals
