Overall affirmative action is a very complicated problem, that there is no real one set answer for. There are many different views about whether or not it is a good idea or not. There have been many disputes in the past over affirmative action, and there are still any more to come. The U.S. Supreme Court does not want to rule more favorable one way or the other due to how split the public is on the issue. Once again there is no correct answer. This issue over affirmative action will continue to be an issue for many upcoming years.
