Ever since human beings first appeared on earth we have wondered about creation. We did not know how we got here or how the world was created. There were, and still are, tons of questions. How was the sun created? Why is it here? How did the moon and stars get here? Why do we have winter and summer? There are thousands of stories from all over the world trying to explain man's beginning. One of these stories could be correct but nobody knows for sure. Could we have evolved from animals or did God simply make us?
Thousands of years ago people did not have the sensitive scientific tools to find the keys to our world’s creation. They used their imagination to create stories trying to explain the things they observed in nature. Some scientists today believe that the ancient people traveled around sharing their stories with each other because people who lived thousands of miles from each other had similar stories. Many religious groups believe that God simply created the world as we learned in the second
Something that makes evolution easier to accept is the evidence. The bones and fossils that scientists found are key. To see the change in bone characteristics and physical structure from ape to man makes it more realistic and easier to believe. There is a definite resemblance. Some of the fine details in humans are similar to those of apes. From this kind of evidence, I can believe that we evolved from apes. In conclusion, the correct answer to man's beginning may never be found. There will always be many theories of how it happened. Hopefully, scientists will be able to continue to advance the knowledge and get closer to a satisfactory answer.
Today scientists search in laboratories with sensitive tools and study the heavens with powerful telescopes. As we saw in the first video, they have amazing techniques of discovering the past. By looking through old rock caves, scientists can tell what types of food people used to eat, the technique they used for making beads and so on. Even with this new exp
