Vitals

When you go to the doctor or to the ER what is the first thing that they do? They take your vital signs. Vital signs are important because they can tell a lot about what’s wrong with a person. If you could stop a disease from happing to your self wouldn’t you want to know how to detect it. In my speech I will explain how to take vital signs and tell you why they take them.

There are four vitals that the doctor or nurse will take. One of them is your blood presser. There are two numbers when you take a blood presser theirs the top which is the systolic and theirs the bottom which is diastolic. You but the blood presser cuff on the right or left arm then you put the thesocope on the inside of the arm {where the back of the elbow is}.
