As technology in the twenty-first century advances, to excessive levels the area of communication with computer and mobile telephone our privacy and democracy are supposedly enhanced; this statement can be argued on various facets; excessive features, lack of privacy due to tracing abilities, hackers and accidental revelations of personal details; therefore do not enhance privacy and democracy.Basically, a wireless phone is a tiny computer connected to a radio. Most wireless phones since 1993 use digital technology, which converts the callers voice into the binary digits 0 and 1. These small packets of data are passes on through wireless networks (antennas) to the receiving phone. On the other end, the conversion process is reversed and the person being called hears the voice, this continues until the call has ended. Short messages, e-mail or digital pictures, are sent and received in the same form of binary numbers 0 and 1. These tiny packets of binary numbers are also transmitted over wireless systems. Therefore, the size of a cell will depend on the approximate amount of calls made during these peak hour periods. Cells in populated areas, with many mobile phone users, will be smaller than cells in less populated areas.
