Coaching

Coaching is a serious part of any sport. In most cases it is a very hard job. It can

be made easier by knowing rules, strengths and weaknesses, capabilities, and how to treat

people. Coaches have to know how to get the best out of their athletes to be successful.

Proper training and work ethics are very important. Without any of this, it is very easy to
