Child review psychology
Upon pondering whom to choose for this assignment, I came to the conclusion that I would use my younger cousin Kristy G. Kristi attends my former grammar school, and thanks to principal Sister Mary Henry, I was allowed to sit in her class for an entire school day for observational purposes. Kristy was born on October 10th 1994 to her parents Guy and Giovanna G. Kristy lives with her two parents, Guy and Giovanna as well as her younger sister Kayla, who is 5 years old. She gets to spend a lot of time with her parents because her mother is a schoolteacher, and her father owns his own business close to home. She is in Mr. Hamilton’s third grade class at Immaculate Conception School in Secaucus, New Jersey. She is about 3’10” and has brown hair and green eyes. Kristy is overall a wonderful asset to the class. She is always willing to help out at any given time. She constantly volunteers and is an active member in the classroom. In each domain that I will discuss, you will see Kristy’s strengths as well as her weaknesses. Kristy has mastered many of these domains, but can still use some improvement in a few. Kristi looked forward to drawing her self portrait due to the fact that she can show herself doing what she loves most, playing basketball. Kristi, as mentioned before, has a love for sports. Overall, I feel that Kristi’s drawings, as a nine year old, don’t necessarily reflect her character. Kristi’s character is one that is filled with love, care, and compassion, and it was a pleasure to do this report on her.
