Everyone in the world comes in contact with smoke from a cigarette at least once in their lifetime, whether it is at any public place such as a restaurant or at work. Millions of people are addicted to smoking, and thousands more become addicted every year. Cigarettes are not just cased harmful effects to the smokers, they also are dangerous to nonsmokers. Although, nowadays there are a great quantity of people continually smoking, and some of them believe that everyone has a right to make their own judgment about their life, but my personal opponent is, I strongly


Cigarette smoking damages the body slowly and greatly, and one of the areas where smoking causes the most problems is in the cardiovascular system, especially lungs. Smoking can reducing the lung ability of bring in oxygen and remove carbon dioxide and resulting in narrowing of the air passage of lung. And smoking also is the main causes of lung cancer. More then 87% of lung cancers are smoking related. Quitting smoking reduces an individual?s risk from developing lung cancer significantly.

Cigarette smoking also harmful and caused developing lung cancer to those passive nonsmokers, which people called ?secondhand smoke?. Scondhand smoke is a mixture of the smoke given off by the burning end of a cigarette and the smoke exhaled from the lungs of smokers. Secondhand
