The Constitution of Retopia
We the people, in order to preserve a perfect union, establish, justice, insure domestic Tranquility, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings o liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for Retopia.Section 1. All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in the inhabitants of Retopia within this direct constitutional momocracy. Section 2. Every inhabitant of Retopia of the age of 15 years or more is will have the power to vote for every law or bill that concerns the citizens of Retopia and where they can honestly enforce their educated opinion. Section 3. On the first and third Sundays of each month, the citizens of Retopia will gather to discuss the issues and concerns of the state. At these meetings the president will propose the maximum of two new bills to the public. After proposal, each bill will be taken under consideration for one week. On the second and forth Sundays of each month a debate will develop between the citizens and at the end of each meeting a vote will occur. A majority vote is required to pass any bill discussed. All resulting decisions will be posted around the state the following Monday
