Tom Coleman, Texas Lawman of the Year

Just Who is the Criminal in our Justice System?

If one were to define America’s Criminal Justice System as impartial, fair, honest, or evenhanded, it would be a misconstrued and ignorant comprehension of an eminent grasp of a several of words written in a dictionary. These words that most of us define America by are not for us to live by, but just judge our meanings of the world by. Americans gullibly read these words confiding true representation by those embodying our criminal justice system. The validity and consistency of our criminal justice system has become subject to question with law enforcement officers such as Tom Coleman, “Texas Lawman of the Year”, and the hero of Tulia, Texas by “clearing its streets of “scumbags and garbage” (theage.com). available to corroborate his reports, in most cases, there were no witnesses at all. When asked to supply the claimed evidence of recorded names, dates and other pertinent facts about his buys, Coleman stated he had written that information on his leg, and not a notebook. Surprisingly enough this was found to be suitable for this “high crime” investigation and arrests (www.refuseandresist.org). It would be expected that when preparing for such a concrete bust, Coleman would have protected his case with evidence or at least worked with someone else to collaborate his investigation. That is if there were no fraudulent motives, as he states.
