Meal story for Wellness
The meals that I eat vary a great deal from day to day. On days during the week, when I have school, I usually eat breakfast at the table by myself. Everyone else in my household is either gone or getting ready to leave by the time I wake up. I usually have a bowl of cereal, a glass of juice, and then before I leave I have a cup of green tea with honey and ginseng. I generally listen to the radio in the morning, or I watch T.V. When I get to school I go to my first class, and then in between my first and second classes I usually stop in the cafeteria to get a small snack. I generally get a granola bar or a bag of Doritos, and I usually get a juice or a water. At lunch on maroon days at school I usually eat with my friends Jess, Jessica, Stacey, and Julie. I usually have a large fry, a sandwich wrap, and a soda. It is usually really noi
After school when I get home I usually make myself a small sandwich, sit down, and then I usually pop a movie in. After school I usually like to watch Rocky Horror Picture Show, The Boondock Saints, Reservoir Dogs, or Pulp Fiction. If I perhaps didn’t have any lunch that day I make myself a small sandwich and a bowl of soup or Ramen noodles with butter and milk in it (which happens to be one of my favorite foods.) For dinner my family always eats together whether it is in the kitchen or the living room. We normally eat in the living room while watching a movie. The meals for dinner in my house vary considerably every day. My step-dad used to be a gourmet chef and he likes to cooks us really elaborate meals. We usually have a three course dinner. My family eats lots of Mexican and Chinese food, and it is usually all home made from scrat
