True happiness
Happiness is a feeling I’ve experienced many times in my life. During childhood I felt happy when friends would invite me to a party or my parents would bring home a new puppy. When I was a young adult a new girlfriend would make me happy. I now realize I did not experience true and complete happiness until after I was married and had my children. The day I first met my wife was the day that began my journey to understanding what true happiness feels like. She was the most charming and beautiful girl I had ever met. I finally worked up the courage to ask her for a date and we had a great time just being with each other. We laughed and talked for hours finding out about each others likes and dislikes. We started dating on a regular basis and soon fell madly in love. Within a couple of years we were married and started our life together. I was so happy the sky was clear and blue, the birds were singing and I had a swagger about me that said look at me my life is perfect.
