I have learned a lot in weight training class. I have learned proper ways to use the equipment. I have also learned how to build muscle, like lifting weights. Building muscle is very good for your body. Strength training helps build muscle and strength. I have made a lot of progress in the class. My max in about everything has gone up greatly. I am a lot stronger now, and I feel a little bit healthier now. Outside of class I haven’t really done anything. But I am going to start lifting weights outside of class, and doing sit ups and push ups as well. I want to get on a board in the weight room. So for the rest of the year I am going to be in weight training class and lifting outside of class.
