At Faust Inc., there has always been an unwritten rule as to the expected dress style in the work place. Since the consolidation process began with Caretaker, some issues have risen that need to be address. The problem is, with no dress code set in stone, the new employees of Caretaker have continued their means of casual dress here at Faust Inc., and have created an abundance of issues, which must be taken care of. This problem affects everyone in the company as the workers have been interacting with one another, and the clash of dress style has become obvious to all. The sales margin has dropped sixteen percent since the staff began dressing differently, but with complaints from staff members of too strict of dress expectations, something must be done without lowering the moral of the workers.There is more than one solution to this problem.
