In my many years of schooling, I have had to write many stories, papers, and essays. One of the hardest things about writing one of these works is coming up with a topic. When you write, you want to be able to convey the true meaning of your work very clearly and thoroughly. However, the only way that you could truly be able to do this is if the topic that you were writing about was something that you either believed in or that you were interested in. If you are interested in your topic it will show in your work. You may not notice it fully yourself, but it can be seen. The things that are going on in your life will influence the things that you write. When you take a look at what was going on in and around William Shakespeare’s life, you will find that he to was influenced by what was going on in his life, and then you might also be able to understand why his works are still read today. The first thing that I asked myself was why is Shakespeare so important in our literature? As I sat down and pondered this question, the solution that I came up with was that in this world the quality of the writing that is done is often diminishing.
