As a mottosays,scientific research is like to explore wild filed,having the possibility of abounding with mine underground ,which may become the important resource and fortune as the role of improving the living condition of people around,and also with the equal probability of investing large mount of financial,human and natural resource on the research in vain.However, nothing uncertain would be regarded as the truth by the whold world people later if without the hard process of proving,as without many pass-by walking through the wild land,there would not emerge a road ahead.With no cultivation first,notwithstanding,the consequence followed is uncertain,you only can dream that there some fruits are at hand when needed.Some scientific research,especially on medical field,the risk and necessarity of research are both exsisting:it would be a sin to consider whether should fund the medical research whose conseq

In sum,the statement that government should not fund any scientific research whose consequences,medical or ethical,are unclear,is not in of accord with mine,while I think it has the need to commence the research if its blueprint and theory is practicle ,especially in an urgent situation for medical cure,however ,during the research appear some danger against the ethic,it has to be taken more seriously,or be terminated in time if necessary.

In my observation the feasibility of a scientific research,especially for medical research would not be decided by the fact whether the consequence is unclear or not,but by the judgement for that whether the academic theory and blueprint on this research is practicable to a most part extend,and also many other factors.
