It will be a fifteen minute wait. Have a seat and wait until your name is called. Take a number. Everyone has heard these dreadful statements from time to time whether it is be at a restaurant , doctor’s office or an office of employment. We have all had to sit in a waiting room for some reason and while waiting some of the most interesting people can be observed. The mother and her child, the impatient person, and the person we all know Mr./Mrs. Talkative.
The mother and her child is the most interesting duo that can be found in the waiting room. The two enter the room calmly as if their wait is going to be as peaceful as a church service. The child joyfully takes his/her seat smiling with a toy or magazine for entertainment the mother does the same. In just a few minutes the turmoil begins. The child becomes frustrated because he/she is forced to sit in one spot quietly. “Mommy when are we leaving?” “Mommy I’m hungry.”Mommy I’m bored.” the
