Friday finally arrived after long strenuous hours of work. During the day, Trisha dreamed of the vacation that awaited her. She could feel the warm sun baking on her bare skin while she drank a frozen strawberry drink. At last her work day was over.
She raced home to meet her husband. Shane was all packed ready to go. They had planned this cruise over a month ago. Trisha rushed in the door and jumped in Shane’s arms wrapping her arms and legs tightly around him. “Are you ready?” Shane asked. “I just need to grab my suitcase; you know I packed weeks ago!” She snickered.
They drove to the docks. The ship was exquisite. It was the largest boat Trisha had ever seen. Its magnificent beauty only excited her more. She saw so many windows and only wondered what each room looked like. They sauntered toward the boat noticing the captain standing there with a friendly grin waiting to greet them. He looked very charming with his clothes all neatly in place. He wore all white with a special cap that boldly said he was captain. Trisha and Shane found their cabin. They walked in peering at every inch of the room. The room smelled of fresh flowers that were decorated in a beautiful wicker basket on the table. The room was spacious but yet cozy. Every item in the room was in matching colors. There was even a little refrigerator and a radio. The bathroom had fresh neatly folded towels on a white wicker shelf and had an aqua candle sitting on the counter. There was a large window with an excellent view of the ocean. It was a relaxing atmosphere. Trisha could stay in this room and be content just spending quiet time with Shane. But she wanted to see the rest of the ship.
Tonight was the ballroom night that was preceded by a fancy dinner. The dinner started with a shrimp cocktail appetizer and a smooth creamy
