In our society there is an inevitable drive to obtain the opportunity to have a good time, and to have that good time at the least expense possible. For most of our society we have our own personal checks and balances that tells us what is right or wrong, but for some in our society they feel that the rules do not apply to them or they think they can get away with breaking the rules. Our nation has a problem with illegal drug abuse, and we are in the middle of a horrific epidemic with methamphetamines. The problem ranges from our local law enforcement agencies all the way to our Federal agencies. However, there is a much larger problem that ranges nationwide and that is the abuse of legal drugs.
