As woolens importer from Boston, the newly acquired Quebec territory would be an excellent source of diverse furs and woolens. I think that the government in London should set up trading posts for the American colonies. This new land should incorporate our colonies and British rule to improve general economic value. We should be involved and benefit from this acquired land for the reason that about one-third of all of our States young men had seen service in the war. London is a huge economic debt. I think it would be a valuable decision to negotiate with the colonies. We hold no responsibility for their debt we should be receiving compensation for helping in this war.
