To start, my first goal is to finish this class. I am hoping this will turn out all right, because right now I am worried nothing is going to turn out all right. I am feeling very discouraged about this online learning thing and think maybe I should have just gone to a regular college, and then at least I would understand how everything works. My goals are for University of Phoenix are:

1. To understand how the University of Phoenix works.

2. To figure out what I want as a career.

3. To get a Bachelors degree in something that pays well.

4. To maintain a B average. (An A average would be even better.)

These are the main goals I hope to accomplish by going to University of Phoenix.

When I am off the computer I think, “Hey this is going to be neat, I can earn my Bachelors in four years.” Then as soon as I log in and try to do some of the work I think more like, “Oh no, I just do not seem to get this. How am I ever going to pass? I do not even know how I am doing, or if I am doing it right. Am I doing everything right? In addition, this whole team thing, I’ve never really worked in teams before. I am not sure what my strengths in the team are. What do I have to offer? That is a good question, I’m sure there is something. I mean I am not stupid or anything close. Why is this so hard for me to understand? Maybe I should just stop and go try something else instead. Then again, I cannot give up. Maybe I am just making it harder than it has to be. Maybe after this class all the rest of them will be easy. Maybe I am doing better than I think. I guess I will just stick it out and see how I did in the end.” So here I am, trying my best not to give up and
