Let’s keep it that way.” It is true, Rose can be found in the Cooperstown National Baseball Hall of Fame Museum. On display is the bat used by Rose during the game in which he extended his hitting streak to forty-four games in 1978. He is also recognized in an exhibit of the elite group who had three thousand hits. The museum pays homage to the sport of baseball and its impact on American culture. Accordingly, the uniform that Tim Robbins wore while portraying pitcher Ebby Calvin "Nuke" LaLoosh in the film Bull Durham, is also on permanent display in an exhibit in the museum, as is the famous chicken costume worn by the San Diego mascot. Certainly, it is nice for Rose to be in the museum.
