Abortion-Biblical View

1. Briefly state your view on the value of human life in relation to everything else. Why do you hold to that belief?

-I believe in Genesis 1:27 personally. (So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.) I, myself, sometimes struggle on keeping my body and soul holy that I ask for forgiveness constantly, but I am sure that each Christians¡¯ bodies are God¡¯s Holy temples. And I believe that Christians should try hard on keep themselves apart from what the world tells them to do. Such as an abortion, drugs addiction, alcohol, cigarettes, and committing suicides are not the ones God wants us to be confused at. Every person who has Christ in their hearts is the ones who should be influencing the world and even change what the world argues. I believe that the grace of God gave us the eternal life through Christ. Just as apostle Paul said in Galatians 2:20, we all have been crucified with Christ, and this life that I live is not mine but His. So my life is directly connected to my personal Savior, and Jesus Christ measures the value of my life. Then, how does Jesus Christ look at us and think of us? Could we just spend our lives the way we want to and not value

-If there are two candidates to vote for, and one shows supportive ideas on abortion and one does not, I will definitely vote for the one that does not support abortion. Why would I do that? Abortion has been a big controversial issue over a decade, and still there are problems and things that need to be corrected. Politicians¡¯ worldview and how they value human life are directly connected to us. It even impacts our worldview somehow, and it can affect our society as well. Because I believe that an abortion is killing an innocent human, I strongly oppose to those of people who are supportive in that matter. Not just my own belief, but also the Word of God clearly states that it is a sin. People try to compromise and argue that the true life begins when babies are actually born. However, we can easily spot that the argument is wrong if we look closely at arguments from scientific views and biblical views. Scriptures tells us clearly that life begins from conception. There are several passages in the Bible that God knows the unborn (Ps. 139:13) and the life of the unborn is protected by the same punishment for injury or death as that of an adult (Ex 21:22-23). Also there are argu
