Avril Lavigne was born on September 27, 1984 in Nappanee, Ontario, Canada. Her skater-punk band consists of Evan, the guitarist, who is used to be in a band called “Spinfire”, Matt, the drummer, is good friends with Jay from Sum 41, and was recommended to her by Sum 41, and then there's Mark, her bass player. He is the former bassist of Sum 41. They are from Napanee, Ontario as well. Her influences include Coldplay and Sum 41.
