In conclusion, the diamond industry is having serious adverse affect on the African continent and humanity. With governments, rebels and corporations not taking action for decades the situation now is grim. Nonetheless, it is the duty of humanity to take proactive measures to make sure that governments and corporations do not support rebels who use diamonds to fuel war.
