· Change is difficult, but the company can encourage the employees to upgrade their skills to match the changing work environment.
· They can use employee’s experience and turn the Company/Bank into Profitable One or can create a new business opportunity.
· Many skilled personnel are also availing of VRS and leaving service. This means that Company/Banks will have less skilled personnel/employee.
· In developed areas where business prospects are more and needed more staff whereas some areas such as developing areas are facing shortage of personnel/employee.
