Graeme Murphy
Much of Graeme Murhpy’s life, both childhood and adult years, were taken up his passion for dance. He had not always been a dancer. He made the transition from dancer to choreographer during the 70s, after taking a tour to America. He has worked with many famous choreographers of our time, and has made many a fantastic perfromance.Graeme Murphy spent much of childhood years in Launceston, Tasmania taking dance classes Kenneth Gillespie. At the age of 14 he was accepted into the Australian Ballet School and spent 2 and a half years with them. In 1968 he proceeded onto the Australian Ballet.
