The breakdown of the articles of confederationSection 1: All legislative power is made from the congress of the united state. Witch consists of a senate and a house or representatives. Section 2: No person can be a Representative who cannot not have attained to the age of twenty five years, and been seven years a citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an inhabitant of that State in which he shall be chosen. When vacancies happen in the representation from any State, the executive authority thereof shall issue writs of election to fill such vacancies. The House of Representatives can choose their speaker and other officers; and shall have the sole power of impeachment Section 3: The Senate of the United States is made from two senators from each state to be the senate but only chosen by the legislature, for six years. Each one only has one vote. The senator has to have minimum of thirty years and be a nine year citizen of the united states, the vice president is the leader of the senate but has no vote unless their divided Equally.
