Downloading movies has become so common these days that stopping people from doing it is almost impossible. Personally I’ve never downloaded any movies off the Internet but my brother and almost all my friends have and thanks to them I get to watch any movie that I want whenever I want. Almost everybody has access to the Internet, especially high -speed Internet (DSL or cable modems) and that’s why downloading movies has become easier than ever. A few years ago an entire movie took up at least two CDs and the quality wasn’t that great, but with the invention of video compression formats, it’s possible to fit an entire movie on one CD with near-TV quality.
