Review “Death of a Salesman” Death of a Salesman is a play that illustrates the ability to lose one’s mind rather than accepting reality in life. Willy Loman is the main character in this play. He used to go back in time while living the present. Willy lives memories, confrontations, and arguments within his family members. He also saw imaginery people which was his brother and he is not alive. He only sees him in his past times for example when Willy talks to Ben in the kitchen and argue the whole time but in the reality Willy is talking by himself. Willy is a person that wants success in his life. He also wants to be known to have a perfect family. Willy is a person that had lots of opportunities to become wealthy person. He was a great and respected salesman. Willy had everything but the lack to achieve the American Dream. The American Dream to Willy was to have wealth and to have a well Willy had two sons whom were Biff and Happy. They saw Willy as a role model father.
