Health insurance at this time often fails to help Americans with their special medical needs. When doing so companies need to protect their patients instead they wait until death is upon them. The government frequently helps.              getting expensive and are counting on HMO's which do not cover prescriptions and will result in withdraw from the HMO program." (Canja N/A) Medical insurance companies need to understand that their company will pay more money because the consumer will need more procedures done. The importance of preservation of the people's lives will decrease if government does not demand more laws and regulations on insurance companies. More importantly, HMO's reward doctors for doing less services and denying necessary care, usually consumers would punish managed care plans the restricted clinical freedoms and doctors would refuse to work.
