Theme for harry potter an dthe goblet of fire

Harry potter and the goblet, is the fourth novel in a seven-part story about a boy wizard. Written by an excellent author, J. K. Rowling, this fantasy story will be very different from her first three books. In Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire, Harry is staying at his aunt and uncles house during his summer vacations. Harry lives with these people because a dark wizard killed his parents when he was only one. Harry is going to Hogwarts, a magic school in which he will soon enter as a fourth year student. In the mean time Harry is invited to go to the International Quidditch Cup, with the Weasleys and Hermione Granger, school friends. During this time, panic sweeps through the event as the Dark Mark, a sign of the evil dark wizard Lord Voldemort, is cast into the sky. Soon many people are scared about this. In the meantime Harry, Ron, and Hermione go to school to find out that they have their own tournament called the Triwizard Tournament. Harry’s name is put into the goblet of fire, which was against the rules. Two other schools come to compete in this tournament, one from France, and one from Eastern Europe. Harry battles against these two champions, and another Hogwarts champion, Cedric Diggory. Hermione attend

This book affects me more than others. It really does seem the author took real life experiences and told them with different characters. This book has talks about enslavement and how we want to accumulate as much power as we can. Many of the powerful characters are people who are evil and not empathic. Like the house-elves, they are considered happy doing what they do because that’s all they do, but no one has given them the chance to prove they can be so much more. Many peoples ignorance narrow their minds, to think oh well they’re house-elves they like doing all that servitude. I personally don’t like it. It’s like the Hispanic immigrants who come here to be laborers, they are expected to do that because they haven’t got much education. People recruit immigrants to be house cleaners and are treated horrible by their employers. I think this book does contribute to my understanding of my experiences. It shows that we enslave because we are arrogant. But on the other hand there are those Hermiones who try to liberate the laborers, to have good wages and proper working conditions.

I really don’t have any problems with this book as far as aspects. Except one. Winky! She was in the book more than once but her character didn’t evolve into a much stronger case. She was just a house-elf to a powerful wizard, she was freed and worked at Hogwarts. Other than being in the dialogue when her master confesses the truth she doesn’t really have a great character. Also ludo bagman, Madame Maxine, and Karkaroff. They were all involved with the Hogwarts tournament, but their characters didn’t evolve into strong main-points in the plot. They just were placed in there to make sense of a certain event. Not much thought was put into those characters. This is pretty much my opinion on this aspect.

in a manner I would not have believed possible, I told her to remain in the tent. I told her to stay there while I went to sort out the trouble. And I find that she disobeyed me. This means clothes!” (138). As you can observe he has disowned her by giving her clothes, he doesn’t want to be affiliated with anything that can damage his power.
