Cloning
The definition of the word cloning is; an organism that is genetically identical to the individual from which it was asexually derived from. This term has been heard for so many years around the world and has been going on for a while now. The first type of cloning started with plants then animals and now Humans. Three different procedures have been referred to as “cloning”. Two of them are: Adult DNA cloning and Therapeutic cloning. “Adult DNA cloning involves removing the DNA fro an embryo and replacing it with the DNA from a cell removed from an individual. Then the embryo would be implanted in a woman’s womb and be allowed to develop in to a new human whose DNA is identical to that of the original individual. This method has been used to clone a sheep. The initial steps of the procedure were tried using human DNA in December 1998. Adult cloning cannot ethical be used to produce a human clone, because experiments on animals have sometimes produced defective specimens.” The other type of cloning, “Therapeutic cloning starts with the same procedure as is used in adult DNA cloning. The resultant embryo would be allowed to grow for perhaps fourteen days. Its stem cells would then be extracted and encouraged
In conclusion all that I have to add is that human cloning is something that needs to be thought about very carefully especially when it concerns the future that we the next generation will be living in; I feel this is an important issue and I think that human cloning should be banned permanently. God gave life to us. The way he set about it was for us to give birth from the womb of our natural mothers. I know that it is unfair for those who cannot be mothers or have children, but for the people who do have chance I think that science should leave it alone. Because if God want birth to take place in this cloning fashion way then he would have created it that way, and we would not be discussing this matter today. instead of children. There is also the unethical part of the whole issue, which is what would be the point of having children when, the woman don’t get a chance experience the miracle of giving birth to what you yourself with your partner have created. If cloning humans does not come about I don’t see the point of having marriages and relationships, in the article “ Ban human cloning” the report of the national Bioethics advisory admissions states “ cloning humans is morally unacceptable” for a creation of a child from two parents is treasured a miracle and the uniqueness of each child lies in the heart of that miracle and so that’s why human cloning should be banned period. Cloning should not be taken in the hands of science there is many ways to cure and help the human race but the cloning is one that should be left alone. Why play God for he is the creator of the people and science is not. might be treated differently to the child it was derived from. People might start treating The disadvantages to human cloning is that, when a clone child as been created, it
