Why belive in god
According to God, the Bible is His word. The Bible says “The words of the Lord are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Thou shalt keep them, O Lord, thou shalt preserve them from this generation forever” (Ps. 12:6-7). It says that it was inspired by God and written by people. The Bible says that God is the all power-full being. God is omnipresent, “Ah Lord God! Behold, thou hast made the heaven and earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee:” (Jer. 32:17). God is omnipotent, “Lord, thou hast been our dwelling place in all generation. Before the mountains were brought forth, or even thou hast formed the earth and the world, even form everlasting to everlasting, thou art god.” (Ps. 90:1-2). God is omniscient, “For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things.” (1 Jn. 3:20)
Another huge impact that Adam and Eve’s sinned had on mankind was that because they sinned al of their off-spring now carry a sin-nature. That means that we are all born in rebellion towards God, and because of that we need to be saved.
