Every Tuesday, I went to Badminton and Fitness class. When I first signed up for the class, I thought it was going to be an easy class, where I wouldn’t have to do much physical activity. But I was proven wrong from the first day. From the first day, we got a taste of the fitness part of the class. We did push-ups, sit-up, pull-ups, dips, running drills, etc. That segment of the class didn’t bother me much because I pride myself on being physically fit. Also we had to run 1-½ miles on the Clark Atlanta track. I had run doing that, bec
