U.S. Supreme Court cases have often dealt with the constitutional rights of Americans. There have been many court cases in the past that have caused an impact on society. The decisions made in these cases effect us even today. Our rights to equal protection of law, rights to privacy and of freedom of religion were all brought to attention in these court cases.
