Migration


            
             Migration is the event of a person to join an other environment or a human group or to change society or social environment because of natural,economic.politic and similar difficulties just to adopt to the new conditions better.
             The main thing that makes migration different from other movements is that immagrant changes former social an d economic relations with the new social and economic relations set up at the new settlement place.That's why changing places for a season or a short period can not be assumed as a migration.It is considered that the period should be at least a year just to be a migration.If the place one decided to migrate is in inland then it's called "internal migration-;if the place is out of the country it's called "international migration-.The number of the people migrating shows the number of movements in a certain time period from a certain settlemnt place to other places.
             Migrations are the main phenomenons of the human creation and history.They cause a continous population spread in a social period.Therefore,it's possible to observe an improvement in a civilization or the change of the structure in that civilization to a higher level.Likewise,Ottoman civilization's generation Turkish nation had the chance to put in practice Ottoman's great accumulation at the basins of Anatolia and Rumelia.Ottoman civilization spread from Middle Asia to Horasan,Iran,Mezopotamia,Kafkasia,Seria,Arabia and Egypt and formed social and physical environments including political,religous,moral and scientific structures.As a result,Ottoman civilization had a reputation which is still respected.
             Like Ottoman ,the commonness among other civilizations in the history with the act of migration shows us that migration had an important effect in the formation of new civilizations,important governments and cultures.
             The very first civilizations were formed on the field between FÝrat and Dicle.
