Though Persians come from the small city of Thunder Bay and have not yet been expanded throughout the rest of Canada, it would be a good choice. Persians are a sweet pastry with a berry-flavored whip that spreads delicately overtop of the cylinder shaped bread. Take into mind that they are very similar to other types of pastries and can be more expensive than some products. Persians are compared to doughnuts and there are many popular doughnut shops throughout the United States such as: Baskin Robbins and Dunkin’ Donuts. When a product is exported and is not really well known it is hard to gain popularity. Most products go National before they go International.
