We are pleased to announce that on July 19th Del Mar will be opening its doors to provide our guests with an unforgettable dining experience. Located a stones throw away from the Gulf of Mexico along the Florida coastline, Del Mar promises our guests a fusion of the world’s most delicious seafood coupled with our incomparable silver-platter service. Our guests can relax and enjoy their meal in the tranquility of our 100 ft. wrap around coral reef aquarium or dine outside with a view of a majestic sun-set over the gulf.At Del Mar we have created a world fusion of some of the finest seafood dishes. In efforts to provide our guests with the freshest seafood we insist that all our seafood is caught locally and served daily. We offer a plethora of favorite dishes for those guests who prefer more familiar entrees as well as provide several unique entrees inspired from several world cultures. Due to the high influx of tourists there are already several small seafood places that are your more typical “mom&pop” restaurant . At the other end of the spectrum exists several overpriced seafood establishments that might offer delicious food but lack in creating a comfortable dining experience. Del Mar offers a very different approach creating a happy medium. At Del Mar we know the importance of quality to our guests that is why we have created several signature entrees that are the staples of our menu. Signature entrees include: Sea Bass en Papillote, Steamed Chili Mussels, home-made Ceviche, crab cakes with a mango chutney and Red Snapper in banana leaves. In addition to our staples some of our favorite daily specials will include: Curry Salmon steaks, Vietnamese stuffed-squid & crab cakes with a honey yogurt salsa. We offer a large selection of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages such as: softdrinks, teas, coffees as well as foreign and domestic beers.
