The war between Britain and the United States caused the implementation of many different courses of action. Many of they benefited the U.S. while other didn’t go so well. John Adams, George Washington, and Thomas Jefferson were primary leaders and persuaded many other leaders that the change, there way, would be most needed for the U.S. They, themselves caused many movements the change the way of the average lifestyle. There biggest involvements were foreign policies. Deciding these policies would change the destiny of America forever. In 1778 an alliance was sighed, by Samuel Adams, between United States and France. From John Adam’s perspective, an Alliance with France is the choice for the upcoming time of war. Because of the much jealousy and the hated with Britain and Frances extreme benefit with trade, encouraging and alliance with France will put American in a good positions. In 1801, Thomas Jefferson wrote a statement encouraging the U.S. to not even think of the foreign policy and focus on themselves. He says that we should acknowledge what we are gifted with right here in homeland: freedom, segregation from other nations, good land, and so on. He states it being best to just take advantage of there equality and freedom and, by ourselves, grow to become the nation we were meant to be. Personally I think either allying or not would both be a equal beneficial, if we play our cards smart than will could be allies take over Britain and get the land, but that just me. I think the hatred for Britain, in the beginning, was the main reason the policies were maid. My opinion, that’s a bad incentive for a young nation. But later on there was hope.
