Fast food age

In this fast-paced society, people always strive to do things faster and get things quicker. There for, fast food has become an integral part of our life and has permeated many cultures around the world. McDonald, Berger-King, there are bunch of fast food chain restaurants around where you are. They can feed your hunger in couple of minutes. You can also find something in your freezer; put them into the microwave oven, five minutes or less, your dinner is done. However, eat fast does not mean eat right. When people have been freed from the kitchen, they may lose the joy of eating and cooking, also, a harmonious relationship with families.

A Big Mac, super size fries and a large coke at McDonald now contains 1500 calories, about 40 percent of those from fat. A breast piece of extra crispy chicken at KFC contains 470 calories. 43 percent of total fat is for the day. 240 those calories which is 51 percent of the total are fat calories. And most people order side dishes with the chicken. A personal Pan Pizza with pepperoni from Pizza Hut ha s 620 calories. This is 43% of the total fat for the day, and the numbers are much worse if you substitute the pepperoni with sausage, beef, or even pork toppings. (Factors are from http://www.preferredcare.org/myhealth/fastfoodnutrition.html). That is for you to judge. Perhaps it means that cutting back on the fast food visits is not a bed idea. Or maybe it is simply a lesson in moderation. Whatever the case may be for you, this may at least make think twice about upgrading to a bigger size the next time your eat.

Have you ever questioned why you eat? Are food just
