It’s a Saturday night and his parents are gone all weekend. He decides to throw a big Saturday night party. At first it just starts out with some close friends however, as the night goes on more people start to come. One person even brings alcoholic beverages, his girl friend and him has one to many drinks. They are a little to drunk to realize what they are doing, next thing they know they are in his bedroom and they end up having sex. The next morning they wake up not knowing what happened. A couple of months later she ends up pregnant and doesn’t know what to do. She finally decides to give the baby up for adoption. There are three main reasons why she does this: she doesn’t want her baby growing up in a single parent home, she doesn’t have the financial stability or responsibility to raise a child, and there are many people out there who want a baby yet they can’t have one. A teenager who gets pregnant should give the baby up for adoption because she isn’t ready for a baby.
Many times a teenage girl who gets pregnant ends up being left by her boyfriend. Sometimes the girl who gets pregnant does not even know the guy who got her pregnant. Should a child be subject to growing up in a single parent home
Another reason why a teenage girl should give her child up for adoption is because many girls don’t have the financial means or responsibility to have a baby. Many teenage girls who keep their children do not realize how much money and attention they need. They are still children themselves. Most teenagers are still in High School and do not have a steady income coming in. They only have a part time job with a minimal amount of money. At one poing during my cousins pregnancy she had thought about keeping her child. As she talked to us about the more she realized that it wouldn’t be such a good idea to keep the child. She had no money to buy the necessities for her child. Also she didn’t know the first thing about taking care of a baby on her own. At that time she was not capable of giving the baby the attention it would need. So giving the baby up for adoption would be a good thing to do because she doesn’t have the financial means or responsibilty to take care of a child.
Finally there are many people out there who want to have a child however they can’t have one. A teenage girl could bring so much joy to a couples life if she gave the child up for adoption. Most of the time when young women get pregnant they don’t want the child anyways, they see the child as an “accident.” My Aunt and Uncle wanted a child however, they couldn’t have one. They had been trying for about two years when my cousin ended up pregnant. My cousin was having a hard
