If someone trusts you enough to tell you a secret, you should respect their privacy and don't go telling everyone. This is closely related to how psychiatrists work because part of their job requires them to keep information about their clients confidential. Psychiatrists don't judge people, they try to be non-judgmental and I think that is something that I also value about myself. Even when some people appear to look, act or behave in a certain way, I don't automatically jump to the wrong conclusions about who they are as a person. Psychiatrists believe in accepting people as they are because they know that everyone is different and generally try to avoid making personal judgements about others.

They also value keeping their personal life, beliefs, attitudes and values, separate from their career, work and clients. This is done to help psychiatrists avoid imposing their own beliefs on their clients. If a psychiatrist chose their career just because it paid a lot of money, I think that it wouldn't really be


There are many different rewards that I hope to achieve as a psychiatrist, such as the satisfaction that comes from helping others. But at the same time, I also hope to achieve a good salary and recognition as a successful psychiatrist. By becoming a psychiatrist, not only will I be achieving my dream, but I also hope that I can use what I know in a way that would benefit others. A successful psychiatrist would also be rewarded with the feeling that they are important, because many people would depend on them, and they would realize that they can make an impact in someone' life. Even though a psychiatrist's job is hard work and stressful, I think the rewards definitely outnumber the disadvantages. I think that the best benefit in being a psychiatrist is knowing that you CAN make a difference.
