Hamlet was mad

In the book Hamlet, by Shakespeare, there are many questions left open to the readers’ interpretation. One of these questions is weather or not Hamlet is truly mad or just acts mad throughout the book. Although it can be argued both ways, it is probable the both occurred. Hamlet may have started out acting mad, but in the end he did not have control over it and he went mad.

Near the beginning of the book, Hamlet says to his friends that he might start to act strangely and for them not to say anything. Hamlet’s plan is to act such a manner that allows him to seek revenge and kill the King, his uncle. Hamlets Uncle married his mom and this may have contributed to Hamlet being angry and mayb
