!2 angry men

The man who was always angry was mad at his son and he thought that saying this young man was guilty, was a way at getting back at his son. At the end of the movie he broke down crying and realized this was not a way to get back at his son so therefore he changed his vote to not guilty.

He voted not guilty.

The bigot always referred to the race of the young man. He would always say "them". He thought just because the kid was a different race, he is a bad kid and must have killed his father.
