They are able to evaluate then objectively, accepting critique in the same manner. The outgoing person defensively wards off any advice, especially if it’s something they do not want to hear or agree with. This is a common occurrence, mostly due to their belief that the only good advice is their own. How dare anyone try to offer a friendly recommendation to him or her?
