Another discouraging trait shy people are said to possess is low self –esteem. Actually, they are sensitive, caring, and retain very high self-esteem. They are able to evaluate then objectively, accepting critique in the same manner. The outgoing person defensively wards off any advice, especially if it’s something they do not want to hear or agree with. This is a common occurrence, mostly due to their belief that the only good advice is their own. How dare anyone try to offer a friendly recommendation to him or her? The shy person is bequeathed unfairly, of course with a bum rap. Shy people deserve the chance to be depicted justly. Overall, they are friendly, agreeable, considerate, and modest people. Shy people just need others to realize this.
