The Supreme Court stands at the top of the American Legal System. To be a Supreme Court justice is considered a very high honor. How ironic it is that there are no given qualifications to hold such a high position. Supreme Court justices should have to be carefully picked and should follow a list of certain qualifications. They should all have been a member of congress, a governor, or a member of the President’s cabinet. They should also be able to take and pass a written test, testing them on their knowledge of the court system and their ability to make wise decisions.
