The Air Canada Centre also just received a new inventory tracking system, which helps them a lot because it leads to less human errors and everything that is sold is tracked around the building. Database marketing is another new technological invention which helps the centre determine their target consumers, it finds out the demographics of people that come to the games. The glass, that separates hockey players from the fans, used to break when players would hit up against it; finally, they put all new glass in the arena so that it can shift now instead of breaking. This prevents the players from some injuries which results in winning more games and making more money. Lastly netting now used all around the NHL to protect the fans.
