ATI vs Gforce
As computer industries grow, competition increases. AMD and the Intel Pentium are the top CPU producers, with each release comes a new era to the computer world. Both are competing to make the best CPU they can offer, even though now Intel Pentium has a slight advantage with the use of the new Hyper Threading technology at 3.06 GHz, AMD is clearly a better choice. Why? AMD has a better performance because of its Core. Intel Pentium only had a core volt of 1.525 Volts at its max while AMD has a core power of 1.65 Volts. In there are two kind of AMD Core named Barton and the Thoroughbred. A core simply a device that sends out the information, the information is in a electric current until it is translated and sent to the computer. The reason that AMD has a greater performance then the Intel Pentium is because of the fact that AMD with the duel L2 chache at 200 each, 333 FSB and the fac
Another thing that made AMD one of the best CPU made is that it has a good Overclocking durability. Overclocking is just a way to push your CPU to its limit, even though it is risky and there are many side effects and can fry your CPU. So why do people do it? They do it because they want to save money by increasing the CPU speed. There is also another way to increase your CPU speed, it’s called FSB (Front Side Bus) Overclocking. The FSB Overclocking is more effective then the CPU Overclcoking because in the FSB OverClocking not only can the CPU can be damage but the MotherBoard can also be damage. However AMD has a better result when it is overclocked then the Intel Pentium, also AMD lasts two times longer based on reviews and research. With the AMD Athlon XP 2000 at 1.67 GHz it can be overclock to 2.36 GHz witch is amazing. But the P4(Intel Pentium 4) they do not let you change the
